As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Team Leader to oversee and contribute to our web development projects.
As a Senior Developer / Team Leader at Outsourcify, you’ll lead a team of developers and work hands-on with JavaScript and PHP (or Python) technologies. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering complex web applications while mentoring and guiding your team. If you have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for quality code, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid possible, but not Full Remote)
Qualifications:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Architect, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js, or React) and PHP (or Python).
- Oversee project planning, task assignment, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and set best practices for clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality and reliable software.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and mentor your team in best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript and PHP or Python.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a team leader or senior developer role with team management responsibilities.
- This role is “coding focused”.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Vue.js, React) and PHP or Python.
- Full-Stack Knowledge: Solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies and architecture.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai or French is a plus.
Hours:
- 5 days a week – Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm ( 1 hour break for lunch and can be flexible)
- Flexible working time
- 2 days a week work from home
