This policy explains how Outsourcify Co., Ltd. (“Outsourcify”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit outsourcify.net or contact us using the details published on this website. It describes the website as it currently operates; it is not a statement that every client product built by Outsourcify uses the same tools or data practices.

Who is responsible for the data?

Data this website processes

Website analytics

The website loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) using the measurement identifier configured for Outsourcify. GA4 can process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, referral source, interactions with selected links, and web performance measurements. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

The site can also be configured to load Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM is a tag-delivery mechanism; any additional tag enabled through it must be assessed and reflected in this policy before use.

Technical logs

Our hosting and security providers may process request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, response status and security events. These records support availability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and incident investigation.

Direct enquiries

The website does not submit a contact form to an Outsourcify database or a third-party form provider. Contact buttons open your email or phone application. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, company, project information and message. Your email or telecommunications provider processes that communication under its own terms.

AI Project Advisor

The AI Project Advisor lets you describe a potential project and receive an initial direction based on selected public Outsourcify website content. The messages you send are processed by the services used to provide the Advisor, including Cloudflare Vectorize for retrieval, OpenAI for response generation, and Cloudflare hosting and security services. The Advisor is not connected to private client or internal company data.

After the initial response, you must provide an email address before continuing the discussion. When you choose to finish the discussion, we send the complete conversation and recommendation to that address using Resend. By continuing, you agree that Outsourcify may contact you by email about the project. We will not use your email address or conversation for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell this information.

The Advisor is session-based. We do not use it to create a public profile or a persistent account for you. The email and transcript sent to you and our team become business correspondence and are handled under the retention practices described below.

Why we process this information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate, secure and improve the website;
  • understand which content and services are useful;
  • diagnose performance and technical problems;
  • respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into a contract;
  • protect our systems and legal interests; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis depends on the context and applicable law. It may include your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure and useful business website. Where consent is the required basis, you may withdraw it subject to the available controls and provider settings.

Providers and international transfers

These providers may process data outside Thailand. Their own contractual safeguards, locations and retention controls apply in addition to our configuration.

We do not state that Outsourcify sells website visitors’ personal data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legitimate rights and systems, or to service providers acting on our instructions.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, applicable contractual requirements, security needs and legal obligations. Analytics retention is also affected by the settings and controls available in Google Analytics. Direct correspondence may be retained while an enquiry or business relationship remains active and for an appropriate period afterwards for business and legal records.

Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to this website. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data or other highly sensitive information through a general email enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the GDPR where applicable, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by legal or contractual requirements.

You can also limit or remove analytics cookies through your browser settings and use controls made available by Google. Blocking cookies or scripts can affect analytics but should not prevent access to the website’s main public content.

To make a request, email sales@outsourcify.net with enough information for us to identify the relevant data. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

The website links to client websites, review platforms, social networks, maps and other third parties. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organisations, not by this policy.
