Software, App & Website Care
Keep websites, applications, integrations, and digital platforms secure, stable, monitored, supported, and ready to evolve after launch.
Every digital product needs attention after launch. Outsourcify provides ongoing care for the websites, web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce systems, APIs and platforms we deliver, with responsibilities matched to the way each system is used and hosted.
Care can include hosting and operations, preventive maintenance, monitoring, backups, security updates, production support and continued product improvements. It can be arranged at handover or added later after an operational review.
The proposal states what is covered, the available service window, how urgent issues are escalated, which accounts each party controls and how third-party costs are handled. This gives the client a maintainable operating model instead of an undefined promise to “support the system.”
Delivery standards
Quality and operations are designed into the system
We scale testing, security and production practices to the real risk of the product, and identify what is included before delivery starts.
See how we work →Quality assurance
Code review, automated checks and testing of important user flows and integrations.
Security by scope
Access, secrets, dependencies and personal data considered in the context of the architecture.
Repeatable delivery
Staging and CI/CD or another documented, repeatable deployment process.
Production care
Monitoring, backup, recovery and incident processes when hosting or maintenance is in scope.
Post-launch scope
Care matched to system criticality
Maintenance, managed hosting, monitoring, backup and continued improvement can be scoped separately. SLA details and urgent channels belong in the agreement rather than a universal product promise.
Frequently asked questions
What products can Outsourcify support after launch?
We can care for the digital products we build, including corporate and e-commerce websites, custom web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, APIs, integrations and their supporting cloud infrastructure. The exact scope depends on the technology, hosting model, business criticality and responsibilities agreed with the client.
What can a care agreement include?
A care agreement can include managed hosting, monitoring, backups, restoration support, dependency and security updates, incident investigation, defect correction, content or configuration changes, third-party integration maintenance and an allocation for planned improvements. Included and excluded responsibilities are listed in the agreement.
Is there one standard SLA for every product?
No. Response targets, support windows, urgent channels, recovery objectives and escalation depend on business impact, architecture, hosting responsibility and the selected level of care. When an SLA is required, its severity definitions and commitments are stated in the applicable agreement.
What is the difference between warranty and ongoing care?
Warranty terms address qualifying defects in the agreed deliverables for the period stated in the contract. Ongoing care covers responsibilities after that period and work that is not a delivery defect, such as dependency updates, monitoring, infrastructure, third-party changes, user support and new improvements.
Can Outsourcify maintain software built by another provider?
Yes, when the system can be onboarded safely. We begin with a review of the repository, architecture, dependencies, data, hosting, access, deployment process, monitoring and known risks, then propose an onboarding and care plan. Critical remediation may be required before an SLA can begin.
How is ongoing care priced?
Care is normally scoped as a recurring service based on the systems covered, service window, operational responsibility, risk and reserved team capacity. Hosting, third-party subscriptions, emergency work and planned product development are identified separately where applicable. We do not sell isolated developer hours as traditional staff augmentation.
Care for the Whole Product, Not Only the Website
Launch is the beginning of a product's operating life. Browsers, operating systems, dependencies, cloud services, APIs, security threats and business requirements continue to change after release. Our care agreements can cover the complete system we delivered—not only its public pages.
Depending on the product, this can include a marketing website, authenticated client portal, administration interface, mobile application, backend and database, scheduled jobs, third-party integrations, deployment pipeline, monitoring and cloud infrastructure. The agreement identifies which parts Outsourcify operates, which parts the client controls and which responsibilities remain with third-party providers.

Operational Care Matched to Business Risk
A brochure website and a business-critical customer platform do not need the same operating model. Before proposing care, we assess the product's architecture, users, data, integrations, availability needs and the business impact of an interruption.
An agreed plan may cover:
- Availability and error monitoring
- Backups, retention and restoration procedures
- Infrastructure, runtime and dependency updates
- Security checks and vulnerability remediation
- Deployment and rollback procedures
- Log review and incident investigation
- API, webhook and scheduled-sync monitoring
- Performance and capacity review
Where an SLA is appropriate, the agreement defines incident severities, support windows, response targets, escalation contacts and any recovery objectives. We do not publish one universal SLA because the commitment must match the system and the operational responsibility we actually hold.

Maintenance, Support & Continued Improvement
Care combines preventive work with a clear way to handle requests and incidents. It can end with stable maintenance or include reserved monthly capacity for incremental product development.
Typical activities include:
- Investigating and correcting production defects
- Updating frameworks, libraries, CMS cores and plugins
- Adapting integrations when a provider changes its API
- Supporting administrators and answering operational questions
- Making content, configuration and permission changes
- Delivering small features and usability improvements
- Reviewing the backlog and planning larger work separately
The contract distinguishes warranty corrections, recurring care, third-party costs, emergency work and new development. This keeps the service understandable and avoids treating every request as an unstructured hourly assignment.

Safe Takeover, Handover & Account Control
Products we build can move into an Outsourcify care agreement after launch or be handed over to the client's own team. We can also take over an existing product after an onboarding audit makes its risks visible.
The operating model records repository access, production and cloud accounts, domains, databases, backups, monitoring, deployment access, third-party subscriptions and escalation contacts. Wherever practical, client production accounts remain client-controlled; if Outsourcify administers an account, access and exit responsibilities are documented.
A transition package can include an access inventory, current architecture and dependency records, deployment guidance, known risks, backup or data-export procedures and an agreed handover period. The objective is continuity without hiding operational knowledge inside one supplier.
