Beach Club Website with Real-Time Booking

For Yona Beach Club, one of Phuket's landmark venues operated by West Vision Co., Ltd., Outsourcify develops and maintains the public website (yonabeach.com) and its full booking journey on WordPress. The project began as a joint design-and-development effort with Asia Media Studio; Outsourcify now handles all technical development, optimization and evolutive maintenance. At its core is a booking engine synchronized in real time with Treep, the venue's reservation and ticketing system.

4Treep API endpoints powering real-time availability
2proprietary WordPress plugins for booking and calendar logic
8h/monthpreventive SLA plus 60-hour evolutive blocks

Challenge

The club sells experiences with real capacity constraints — lounges, daybeds, cabanas, packages and events. Availability, products and prices live in Treep, so the website could never become a second source of truth: every visitor had to see live availability, pick a spot visually and pay online, with the reservation landing directly in the operations system. On top of that, the inherited setup relied on slow, concurrent-blocking admin-ajax.php calls that degraded under the peak traffic a popular venue generates.

Solution

We centralized the logic into two proprietary WordPress plugins — one for core booking and business logic, one dedicated to real-time calendar queries — connected to four Treep API endpoints (calendarAvailability, dailyAvailability, skuCheckByDay and skuDetailCheckByDay). Legacy admin-ajax.php loops were refactored to the WordPress REST API, improving server performance under high concurrent load. Guests select lounges, daybeds and cabanas on interactive floor maps rendered as optimized inline SVGs, while Lottie animations and skeleton loading states mask network latency during background availability checks. Because Treep does not natively store media for add-on products such as the Kids Pass or Backstage Sofa, a custom post type registry in WordPress bridges media assets to their matching Treep SKUs. Cart pricing updates dynamically on the client side and checkout runs through Treep's merchant payment gateway. The platform is covered by an 8-hour monthly preventive SLA — core and plugin updates tested on staging before production, proactive monitoring, emergency fixes — plus evolutive development in 60-hour blocks.
