Corporate WordPress Website for a Procurement Services Provider

Supply Clusters, an indirect procurement and cost management specialist based in Sydney, engaged Outsourcify to completely revamp its corporate web presence on WordPress. The new site replaces outdated single-page categorisation with a rich, maintainable architecture built around one message — "consider us your indirect procurement team" — and guides visitors from discovery to the client portal in a few clicks.

Challenge

The previous site compressed a dense service offer — energy, consumables, logistics, technology and more — into flat pages that made client discovery sessions harder than they should be. Supply Clusters needed a performant, SEO-friendly platform its own team could keep evolving: adjustable service grids, an insights blog that stays relevant on every category page, and enquiries that land in the right place in its Salesforce CRM — all delivered without disrupting the live portal its institutional users rely on daily.

Solution

We built a custom WordPress theme around interactive storytelling: a home hero rotating the outcomes that matter to buyers (reducing costs, achieving ESG targets, consolidating suppliers, driving compliance, mitigating risk), flip-card "What We Do" grids, and a scroll-driven "How do we maximise value" block that syncs text highlights with contextual imagery. Each procurement category gets its own template with accordion modules for dense content and service grids administrators can rearrange long term. Contact forms run on Contact Form 7 wired to the Salesforce API, dynamically adapting fields and routing depending on the services ticked. The Quarterly Insights blog auto-filters related articles onto category pages — falling back to six global featured pieces when a vertical lacks fresh content — and caps the insights grid at twelve cards with AJAX load-more to protect page speed. After multi-viewport QA up to 4K and a Marker.io-driven UAT, the launch migration ran after 5PM Sydney time to protect active users, and the engagement continues under a 12-month maintenance agreement.

A Home Page That Sells an Outcome

The hero leads with the customer's goal, not the company's org chart: a typographic animation rotates through the outcomes Supply Clusters unlocks — reducing costs, achieving ESG targets, consolidating suppliers, driving compliance and mitigating business risk — under a persistent sticky header whose high-visibility "Access my data" call-to-action routes existing clients straight to their portal. An embedded introduction video explains the low-risk category focus, and every scroll from there is engineered to move a prospect one step closer to a discovery session.

Twelve Category Ecosystems, One Editorial Machine

The "What We Do" grid covers twelve indirect categories — from consumables and energy to waste and workwear — each flip-card transitioning into a dedicated template where accordion modules catalogue complex topics like common energy challenges without clutter. Beneath the service content, the Quarterly Insights blog keeps every page alive: programmatic category tags auto-filter closely related articles onto each landing page, intelligently falling back to six global featured pieces when a vertical lacks recent content. Enquiries convert through Contact Form 7 forms wired to the Salesforce API, with fields and routing adapting to the exact services a visitor selects.
