Corporate WordPress Website for an Indigenous-Owned B2B Services Provider
Figma-faithful responsive build, interactive service panels and a flexible CMS
Client
Wirrigan Business Services (Australia)

Wirrigan Business Services, a 100% Indigenous-owned B2B managed services provider operating from Sydney and Melbourne, engaged Outsourcify to turn its brand into a fully responsive, content-driven WordPress platform. The site showcases the company's commercial, sustainable and social procurement services while giving its team an intuitive back office to manage service information, marketing content and business updates.
Results
Challenge
The client arrived with a complete, high-fidelity Figma workspace and a firm two-month window: the build had to honour the design system pixel-for-pixel across every device while staying fast and easy to administer. Along the way, real user feedback reshaped key decisions — an initially transparent header proved unstable and became a solid sticky bar, and an animated mission carousel gave way to a static three-pillar layout with stronger typography — all without slipping the delivery date or disturbing the corporate teams relying on the company's live web presence.
Solution
We developed a custom WordPress theme across five core pages. The home page anchors the brand's three pillars — achieve commercial goals, support Indigenous outcomes, receive reliable service — with click-through managed services cards, a toggleable client showcase carousel and a media framework supporting both hosted video and iframe embeds. "Our Managed Service" runs on an interactive panel sorter whose service profiles appear instantly as categories are clicked or hovered, "Our Story" uses a sticky split-screen scroll layout to pace the brand narrative, "Our Impact" routes visitors to verified socioeconomic programs, and the contact engine combines Google reCAPTCHA v2 with interest-based dropdown routing. An automated pipeline converts content images to WebP at 80% compression — selectively bypassed for high-profile assets that must keep native Figma resolution. After staged UAT with Marker.io feedback queues on Cloudways, production deployment to the client's SiteGround hosting ran after 2PM Sydney time, followed by a formal sign-off, packaged source handover and a warranty window through August 2026.

A Brand Story Told Responsively
The home page translates the client's Figma designs into a living, responsive experience: a full-bleed hero carries the mission — supporting Indigenous outcomes through everyday procurement — under a solid sticky header engineered after user testing replaced an unstable transparent-to-white transition. The three pillars (achieve commercial goals, support Indigenous outcomes, receive reliable service) sit in a bold static row that stacks naturally on tablet and mobile — a deliberate simplification of the animated carousel originally scoped, chosen because it read better.

Managed Services That Sort Themselves
Six service areas — waste, safety, marketing, facilities, consumables and apparel — present as photographic cards that act as complete click-through anchors into their target panels. On the dedicated services page, an interactive panel sorter swaps service profiles instantly as visitors click or hover categories, with a yellow highlight sequence mapping the active selection. Deeper in the site, sticky-scroll storytelling paces the "Our Story" narrative, and the impact page links out to the verified employment programs the company's profits support.

A CMS Shaped Like the Site
Every layout block maps to structured ACF fields the team can edit without touching code: grid titles, descriptions, repeatable list rows and content cards all live in named panels that mirror the page structure. Editors change the three-pillar messaging, reorder service grids or swap videos from the same screen, with revisions tracked (28 on the home page alone by launch) and authorship assigned per page — an editing experience tuned for a lean internal team rather than a web agency.

Lightweight Back Office, Careful Delivery
The whole site runs on a deliberately compact WordPress structure — seven pages covering home, services, story, impact, policies, contact and privacy — hardened with Google reCAPTCHA v2 on the interest-routed contact forms. Staging ran on Cloudways with Marker.io feedback queues resolving layout notes in real time during UAT, and the production migration to SiteGround was executed after 2PM Sydney time to avoid disrupting active corporate teams, closing with a formal sign-off and packaged source handover.
