A bit different than other leads, not to say much more difficult, our own website is usually always more complicated to think through than a customer’s website. It is for the reason that it brings the same questions but to many different answers in the way of solving problems, as we usually think that as it is our own website, it could be better..
Hence our main focus was to work as a usual process we experience with our customers, going through UX/UI research, wireframing, prototyping, designing, developing, copywriting, testing, optimization process, security checks and finally launch.
Love at first sight is a key factor in order to generate conversion rate.
UX/UI
So the first step is to make your page load fast for a good first impression.
As we have a lot of content to display, regarding the services we provide and case studies we are proud to present, we focus on one main thing: Encourage Scrolling.
The general layout of your site should ultimately be clean and logical, coupled with visual breaks (like flipping image-and-content left to right) to keep monotony at bay.
After the UX design process, we proceeded to the UI part. The style of user interface elements – icon, color and fonts – are the factors that customers easily bump into the image of Outsourcify. We have defined and used the factors consistently for conveying our brand image to customers.

Responsive
First of all, we set up our goal to create a design to be mobile friendly and easy to adopt on small screens. It was tested on different mobile resolutions to make sure that everything was working smoothly.
We wanted the user to feel the transition from the desktop to the mobile version of the site minimally. To do this, we kept the location of the main elements in an easily accessible place.

Solutions
On our previous site, it was difficult to share a lot of content we have to display. But thanks to that experience, this time we were able to make a clear, efficient way to maintain our website even down to the tiniest details. We reflected on the lessons learned and took the time to think about where we could improve. Our website renewal gave us the opportunity to re-defined our brand image and to enhance our analyzing and solving problem experiences.
