Outsourcify develops PrezFlex for CSOLUXE, an enterprise B2B presentation management platform created for the pedagogical and visual standards of global luxury-brand training. Regional sales teams, trainers and directors use it to deliver consistent presentations in classrooms or through remote screen sharing.

PrezFlex is not a general-purpose learning management system. It acts as a dedicated presentation management layer: premium content is delivered as sealed, CDN-backed slide media instead of editable files, while regional presenters retain controlled flexibility over language, slide selection and delivery style. A single multi-tenant application enforces each brand's identity and keeps its users, assets and activity isolated.

Challenge

Global training teams often begin with one master deck that must be translated, reviewed and distributed across many markets. That creates four recurring failure points:

Layout fragmentation: translated text expands unpredictably and can break carefully designed slide grids.
The content-lock dilemma: premium brand assets must remain consistent, but editable PowerPoint files can be changed or redistributed locally.
Manual post-production: exporting, splitting and organizing slide-level video is slow and dependent on specialist intervention.
Living-document complexity: master content continues to evolve, yet global updates must not erase validated regional corrections.

Solution

PrezFlex represents each presentation as an ordered sequence of slide-level MP4 assets delivered through a customized Video.js player. Interactive key moments make the timeline directly navigable, while presentation, storyboard and rehearsal modes adapt the same approved content to live delivery, local slide selection and speaker preparation. A structured localization workbench combines one-click AI drafting with side-by-side human review, preview and explicit validation. The Symfony and Vue.js platform separates public access, central administration and dynamically branded presenter hubs, with tenant-aware permissions, invitation codes, email-based two-factor authentication and CDN-backed media delivery.

AI-assisted localization with human quality control

Translation is treated as a governed production workflow, not a single automated action.

Draft: an authorized user triggers AI translation across the presentation's text fields.
Compare: language reviewers work in a side-by-side matrix showing source and translated copy.
Preview: teams verify wording and visual balance before anything reaches presenters.
Validate: a supervisor explicitly approves the localized slide content for regional release.

This preserves the speed of machine-assisted translation while keeping linguistic nuance, brand terminology and layout quality under human control.

Phase 2 roadmap — automated PowerPoint ingestion

The next engineering phase is designed to remove the remaining manual media-production bottleneck. A server-side asynchronous pipeline will accept .pptx uploads, extract slide text, render previews and compile slide-level MP4 assets. Content hashes will identify slides that were added, changed, deleted or reordered so that only affected media and translations need regeneration. This capability is a roadmap item, distinct from the presentation and localization workflows already in production.
