Know the likely budget before booking a call
Every project is different, so these are ranges rather than a price list. They are drawn from what we actually build and should be enough to tell you whether a conversation with us is worth your time.

01 — Engagement models
Three ways we work
Fixed scope and price
Our default, and what we recommend for most projects. We agree a defined scope, price, assumptions, acceptance criteria and timeline before work begins. If we underestimate the work inside that agreed scope, the delivery risk is ours. Scope changes are assessed and quoted separately before we proceed.
Best for: websites, e-commerce builds, defined feature sets, audits, migrations and first projects.Time and materials
An agreed blended person-day rate, billed against work completed, with a monthly cap. This suits work that genuinely cannot be fixed in advance: exploratory product work, evolution of a live platform or a backlog that shifts week to week. You receive regular burn, progress and risk reporting. Notice and capacity-change terms are defined in the proposal.
Best for: ongoing product development, evolving platforms and open-ended backlogs.Retained team
A defined allocation of people and capacity reserved for you each month. For clients running a product rather than a one-off project. You get named team members, project management, QA and priority in our schedule. A squad with a lead developer, project manager and QA starts at 245,000 THB per month (about USD 7,400), based on 20-working-day sprints, with a three-month minimum.
Best for: funded startups and product companies with a continuous roadmap.02 — Budget ranges
What different kinds of work cost
These are the bands we see most often. The shape and risk of a project move the number more than any single feature. A proposal confirms the scope, team and price for your engagement.
| Engagement | THB | USD |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery session, half-day to two half-days | 17,000–25,000 | 500–760 |
| Full discovery, workshops and written specification | 75,000–155,000 | 2,300–4,700 |
| Technical audit of an existing codebase | from 40,000 | from 1,200 |
| Corporate website, custom design | from 600,000 | from 18,000 |
| E-commerce, standard platform integration | from 480,000 | from 14,500 |
| Custom platform, high complexity (SaaS, ERP) | from 600,000 | from 18,000 |
| Mobile application, iOS and Android | from 500,000 | from 15,000 |
The final cost of a custom platform depends on its workflows, integrations, user roles, data requirements and production constraints.
A word on rates
We do not sell isolated developer hours. Fixed-price work is quoted as a complete scope; time-and-materials and retained-team engagements use person-days to measure accountable team capacity.
If you need a comparison figure, 17,000 THB (about USD 515) per person-day is our ceiling. It applies to short, standalone interventions where setup cost is spread over only a few days.
The rate falls as an engagement grows. A six-month build with a continuous team lands nearer 12,000 THB (about USD 365) per person-day because ramp-up, context and coordination are paid for once.
Our usual minimum project engagement is 100,000 THB (about USD 3,000). A tightly scoped discovery session can start at 17,000 THB. Below that, an agency of our size may be the wrong choice, and we will say so directly.
We quote in Thai Baht, exclusive of VAT. USD figures are indicative and use an approximate prevailing exchange rate.03 — Discovery
When discovery is paid, and why
If your project is well defined and you know what you want built, we can quote it directly at no cost.
If requirements are still forming, we may propose paid discovery first. It can include stakeholder workshops, a written specification, wireframes and a technical approach. The resulting documents belong to you and can legitimately be taken to another delivery team.
Discovery ranges from 17,000 to 155,000 THB, depending on the stakeholders, systems and level of detail involved. It is not a prerequisite for every project; it is a way to buy certainty before committing to a build.
04 — After launch
Budgeting for ongoing care
Software still needs attention after launch. Dependencies age, platforms change their APIs and security patches arrive whether or not anyone is watching.
Our care plans cover monitoring, updates, backups, security patching and an agreed response time. The typical annual fee is 10% of the build value, scaled to the size and criticality of the system.
For a 600,000 THB website, that is about 60,000 THB per year or 5,000 THB (USD 150) per month. For a two-million-baht platform, it is about 16,700 THB (USD 500) per month. Cloud, hosting and third-party vendor charges remain separate and use client-controlled accounts.
Care plans are optional. If your internal team takes over, we provide the handover defined in the agreement. Work outside a care plan is quoted separately.
05 — Commercial principles
Some things we do not do
We do not mark up subscriptions
Cloud, hosting, payment gateways and third-party services are set up in your name and account. We can manage them, but vendors bill you directly.
We do not hold your code hostage
Once paid, project-specific source code belongs to you. Repositories, schema and deployment instructions are handed over as defined in the agreement.
We do not quote without understanding the work
A number produced before reviewing users, existing systems, integrations and risks is a guess. We document assumptions before confirming a price.
Pricing questions
Are these fixed prices?
No. They are planning ranges. Your proposal confirms the specific scope, assumptions, team, timeline and price.
Does every project require paid discovery?
No. We quote clear scopes directly. Paid discovery is appropriate when important workflow, integration or architecture decisions still need to be made.
What is the minimum budget?
Our usual project minimum is 100,000 THB. A tightly scoped discovery session can begin at 17,000 THB.
Who owns the code and vendor accounts?
After full payment, the client owns the project-specific deliverables. Production and third-party accounts are client-controlled wherever practical, subject to the proposal and agreement.
