Google's application platform for hosting, analytics, distribution, messaging and managed backend services.
Firebase brings together services for building and operating mobile and web applications. We use selected parts of the platform when they reduce delivery time without hiding important product, security or data-ownership decisions.
A practical platform for mobile product delivery
Firebase provides managed services across the application lifecycle, including hosting, authentication, databases, cloud messaging, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, testing and pre-release distribution.
We do not treat Firebase as an all-or-nothing backend. A product can use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or App Distribution while its business data remains behind a custom GraphQL or REST API. This selective approach keeps the architecture aligned with the product rather than the convenience of a single vendor.
Production proof: wholesale ordering for restaurants
Our wholesale food ordering application uses Flutter for a shared iOS and Android codebase, a GraphQL API for business data, and Firebase for application hosting, deployment workflows and analytics. Restaurant teams use the product for daily supplier ordering, multi-restaurant workspaces, role-based collaboration and order tracking.
Firebase supports the operational layer around the app while the core ordering model remains connected to the client’s dedicated backend.

Depending on the project, we can integrate:

- App Distribution and Test Lab for controlled mobile testing
- Cloud Messaging for push notifications
- Hosting and deployment pipelines
- Authentication, Firestore, Storage or Cloud Functions when a managed backend is the right trade-off
Architecture and ownership still matter
Managed services accelerate delivery, but pricing, data location, offline behavior, security rules and migration paths need to be considered early. For applications with complex relational data or strict portability requirements, we may recommend a custom backend with PostgreSQL or another dedicated data layer while retaining only the Firebase services that add clear operational value.
