Major Development is a property development company with a focus in high-end condominium emphasizing luxurious and exclusive lifestyles.

We helped them design and develop a mobile application aimed to be used by owners and tenants of units from the multiple condominium buildings that Major Development built or manages. The mobile app has many features including IoT (for example Smart Lockers for parcels), but also asset management, resident/tenant profiles, facility booking, common areas maintenance issues, repairing management, bills management, pet passports, parking management etc. The same mobile app also serves for sales and marketing purposes, to give information about new projects, specific units, handle down payments, announcements, news, events, special offers.
