About Outsourcify: A Brief Overview
Outsourcify started from humble beginnings, well basically it was just Kwan and myself, working together on projects, until we grew the team step by step. Our early days involved navigating the complexities of creating a company in Thailand, and then it as running a small web development firm, driven largely by offshore clients from Europe and Australia. Learning business development skills, the paper work aspect of creating a company legally and then handle the accounting and human ressources, which in my case involved getting a work permit and visa.
Initially the company we created was named Eklektik Web. We wanted to suggests a creative and diverse approach to web development, blending multiple styles and technologies to deliver unique digital solutions. Over time, our services expanded from PHP web applications and WordPress development to comprehensive solutions including UX/UI design, mobile applications, and more advanced custom software solutions built with various technologies.
A significant milestone in our journey was in 2013 to secure certification from Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI). It required us to create a new company which we called Outsourcify. This not only provided tax benefits and facilitated hiring skilled international talent but also marked our commitment to growing a sustainable, globally-minded enterprise right here in Bangkok.
Outsourcify as a web agency name suggests a streamlined, professional approach to outsourcing digital projects—emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and a trusted partner for custom web and app development. We help companies outsource their digital needs—whether through white-label partnerships with other agencies or by working directly with clients (which today represent the majority of our projects).
In early 2025, Outsourcify employs 35 professionals, and we proudly maintain long-term collaborations with international and local Thai clients. We credit much of our success to our adaptive approach, innovative mindset, and strong, cohesive team culture.

Meet the Founders
I’m Benoit Schneider, 44, Outsourcify’s Technical Director and co-founder. Originally from France, my background is in software engineering. I graduated 20 years ago, then spent several years working in Paris as a web developer before moving to Thailand in 2010. My journey in Thailand began with freelancing, until we created the company that would evolve into what Outsourcify is today.
My co-founder and partner, but also the main leading force as Managing Director, Kwanruedee, 39, brings a rich blend of international and local Thai experience. After obtaining her degree in software engineering in Thailand (Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai), she expanded her skills in Australia studying business and marketing for 4 years in Brisbane. Of course, her role has been essential, not only in establishing Outsourcify but in cultivating our unique company culture and managing relationships with clients and the local community. She’s the boss.

The Outsourcify Story #2: A Web Agency in Thailand?
Addendum: In March 2025, OpenAI’s ChatGPT introduced an image generation feature that allows users to transform their photos into artwork resembling Studio Ghibli’s distinctive style. It’s a very famous Japanese animation studio that made anime movies such as “My Neighbor Totoro” and “Princess Mononoke”. This led to a viral trend on social media, with numerous users sharing AI-generated Ghibli-style images. All photos in this series are real photographs that have been processed to achieve that aesthetic.
