Onsite SEO is in general the process of making your website code and content search engine friendly. In simple words this means adjusting certain elements on your website so that search engines are able to crawl and understand the content and structure of your website. It includes technical SEO which concerns the programming itself and applying specific recommendations (installing a SSL certificate, reduce the pages load time, remove broken links or duplicated content etc) and content marketing, work on the content itself. Using engaging title and descriptions, appropriate keywords, and properly placed links are exemples of what can be done.

Onsite SEO usually happens first, and that’s what we focus on at Outsourcify as we are more of a design and development team than a marketing agency.

Off-site SEO usually concerns everything that can be done to market a website by telling search engines what others think about your site. The main way of doing so is finding ways to place back-links (incoming links to your websites pages) on other websites, often called link building, which most likely happens when an online article talks about your business or links to a page on your website that gives details on a subject they mention. The social media reputation of a website is also included.
