At Outsourcify, we recently celebrated a unique and heartwarming event: the arrival of not one, but three babies, all born within a single week! This blissful moment happened four months ago, and two of the babies were born to our colleagues, including our CEO. The third newborn came from the wife of one of our talented developers. To mark this special occasion, we hosted a “Triple Baby Party,” not only to celebrate the new additions to our growing Outsourcify family but also to warmly welcome our team members back to work after their parental leave.
This event represents more than just a celebration of life; it reflects the values and the strong, supportive culture we cultivate at Outsourcify. With our workforce comprising 62.16% men and 37.84% women, and an average age of 32.5 years, we understand how intertwined our professional and personal lives are, and how we support each other through significant milestones.
A unique company culture: Balanced gender ratio in the tech industry

As we reflect on the celebration of new life within our company, it’s a great opportunity to explore the sociology of our workplace, particularly focusing on one of our standout characteristics: our balanced gender ratio.
At Outsourcify, the team is evenly split between women and men, a rare achievement in the tech world where men usually dominate the workforce. Our 50/50 ratio is something we’re proud of and contributes to a well-rounded and diverse work environment. Why do we have such a balanced ratio? One major reason is that we operate in Asia, specifically Thailand, where women are often more interested in pursuing careers in technology. Unlike in many Western countries, where the tech industry is still perceived as a male-dominated field, women here are actively pursuing careers in coding, design, business development, and administration.
Outsourcify’s leadership: a proudly women-owned company
Outsourcify is not only diverse in its workforce but also unique in ownership. As a women-owned company, we focus on creating a supportive environment where everyone, especially women, can succeed in the tech industry. Our leadership team is committed to building a space where gender equality is not just a goal but a reality. This ownership model sets us apart in an industry that is still struggling with gender disparity and highlights our commitment to inclusivity.
Family-friendly initiatives: A source of loyalty and consideration

Creating a family-friendly work environment is important to us as it nurtures our employees’ loyalty and satisfaction. By valuing the families of our employees, we ensure that they feel important and connected to the organization. Our Triple Baby Party is just one example of how we celebrate these personal milestones, reinforcing a culture that prioritizes work-life balance.
Moreover, our company organizes outings and activities designed to strengthen the bonds between employees. These events not only create lasting relationships but also cultivate a positive and supportive workplace culture. With six kids among our team members, we understand the significance of family in our employees’ lives, and we celebrate it together.
Connecting cultures: the key to our forward-thinking approach
At Outsourcify, we recognize that diversity is not just about gender. It’s about creating a workplace where different perspectives and ideas are valued. This leads to better innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. Our team includes members from various cultural and professional backgrounds, making our company a dynamic and inclusive place to work.
We are proud to have created a company where life events like the birth of a child are celebrated, where women and men have equal opportunities to advance their careers, and where leadership is paving the way for future generations in tech.
In the end, our Triple Baby Party was more than just a celebration—it was a reminder of the community we’ve built and the importance of maintaining a balanced, inclusive, and supportive environment at Outsourcify.
