WKD Online Dog Training Web Design and Development

We re-designed and developed a e-learning platform for a dog training business. It was quite a challenge technically even though we stayed with the same technologies: WordPress with WooCommerce and LearnDash. Our job included a full redesign and this was quite fun. We’re quite proud of the result, which is incomparably more attractive than the historic website it replaced. This website uses WooCommerce which transforms a WordPress website into an online store and LearnDash, a plugin to create and present online lessons or “Learning Management System/LMS”. Customers are actually members who subscribe to get access to a comprehensive video lessons content and also live trainer support to help them transform their dogs behaviour.
The main difficulty was the fact we had to switch to the new theme we created directly in production to avoid having to put the website in maintenance for too long. It took less than a day to deploy the new website and due to time difference between Thailand and the UK didn’t impact the business much.

Major Lifescape Mobile App

Major Development’s business is a property development with a focus in high-end condominium. We assisted them in the design and development of the Major Lifescape mobile application, aimed to be used by owners and tenants of units in the various condominium buildings that Major Development group constructed or manages.
We went through UX and UI workshops to end up with a clean mobile app design emphasizing luxurious and exclusive lifestyles. Then our mobile app development team developed it using Flutter, an open-source cross-platform platform created by Google which is used to develop mobile applications for Android & iOS from a single codebase.

The mobile app includes a variety of features, such as IoT (for example, Smart Lockers for parcels) or asset management. In parallel, we developed a fully featured back-office web application where different profiles in the client’s team  – among them, sales and marketing teams, and specific lobby, admin and maintenance teams in each condominium – can manage data which is then reflected in the mobile app through an API. This web app is custom built using Symfony/API Platform for the back-end and Vue.Js/NUxt.Js for the front-end.

S2M Group Website Redesign

A B2B marketing agency trusted us to re-design their corporate website, the choice of WordPress was quite straight-forward. We went through our Project Discovery process with them, including UX and UI design workshops. Our main aim was to concentrate the User Experience design on their existing audience by transforming the website’s UX into a “storytelling” structure while maintaining a professional and B2B-oriented look and feel.

The redesign of S2M was a huge undertaking – a design process that required combining various moods: a simple and modern website which would still present a large amount of very complicated and highly targeted details. This storytelling website needed to reflect as plainly as possible the proof of their complex and reliable services, as this knowledge was destined for high-profile B2B companies.

OUNIFI web, mobile and management applications

We collaborated with this startup in the edition and education industries to create an on-demand one-stop digital platform for e-books with a comprehensive catalog of content, and web and mobile user interfaces, destined to readers and for creators of content. The Project Discovery phase was particularly intense and rich in ideas, as we created first wireframes then designs of web and mobile interfaces for students to read and borrow books, videos and audio contents and in addition, we designed and developed a back-office for teachers and writers.

The technologies involved are React Native for the mobile app development, React.JS for the web user interfaces and the Symfony PHP framework for the database management, core business processing and API.

VCAP

We always appreciate working on NGOs websites as they often have interesting goals and concepts, VCAP is a platform that encourages innovation and access to resources in support of the Asia Pacific region’s malaria elimination target.

The objective was to design and build this brand new website as VCAP was only recently established. The project began with a UX/UI workshop, during which we defined the stemap and each of the page’s content with the client, as well as a design concept. We later converted the approved design into a custom WordPress theme. The website is hosted in our cloud infrastructure and we now provide monthly support and maintenance for it.

MIMU – United Nations Myanmar

MIMU is a non-profit organization from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) that collects and organizes information about the country Myanmar (geographic, organizational, and administrative data) and makes it available to the UN, NGOs, and government stakeholders to aid humanitarian, development, and peace-building efforts.

Their main objective is to collect and store data, we thus developed a custom Web Application to act as a back-office to manage this data stored in a PostgreSQL database in a user friendly interface. This project was particularly challenging because of the enormous amount of data and its complexity. The database we worked from requires more than 25 complex forms, hundreds of screens, around 50 business objects,  30 classification tables, and in total more than 150+ relational tables.

Technologies used are Symfony with the API Platform library and Vue.JS and the Ant component library.
